We supply a range of laboratory and industrial products, including laboratory chemicals, industrial chemicals (including oilfield chemicals and solvents, water treatment chemicals, and construction chemicals), medical and laboratory equipment, laboratory glass and plastic wares, safety products, laboratory and medical consumables, microbiological media and supplements, and educational equipment.
We take reasonable care to display product descriptions, images, and specifications accurately. However, product appearance, packaging, and specifications may vary due to manufacturer updates, screen settings, or batch variations.
Material Safety Data Sheets & Hazardous Materials
Where applicable, we provide Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and technical data sheets for chemical and equipment orders upon request. It is the Client’s responsibility to review this documentation and to store, handle, transport, and dispose of chemicals and equipment in accordance with applicable UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations. We are not responsible for loss, injury, or damage arising from improper storage, handling, or use of products after delivery.
Quotations & Orders
All prices and quotations provided are valid at the time of issue and are subject to change. A contract is formed only upon our written acceptance of your order or issuance of a formal invoice.
Payments
Payment terms will be specified on your invoice or quotation. We reserve the right to withhold supply until full or agreed payment is received.
Delivery & Installation
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on stock availability, logistics, and any additional requirements for the transport of hazardous or regulated materials. We will notify you of any significant delays. If installation, calibration, or technical support services are provided, the scope and terms will be agreed upon separately in writing.
Returns & Cancellations
Returns or cancellations must be requested within 7 days of delivery and are subject to the condition of the goods. Chemicals, opened consumables, custom-ordered, or specially procured products may not be eligible for return for safety and regulatory reasons. Any approved returns will be subject to restocking or handling charges where applicable.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under applicable UAE consumer protection laws.
